this place & the people/family were absolutely amazing from start to finish! I came in with a pre approval and hit a few bumps in the process but Shan was there and helped me out with every single thing, he was there to help when I started losing hope with things working out with my bank and he got me approved and it was actually a better deal than I had with my own bank who I’ve been with for 6 years!! He took so much time to deal with me, was so communicative throughout the whole process and even stayed over 40 minutes after his shift to accommodate for my work schedule. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience from them and him. He was straightforward, the car was in the exact shape as the photos, as described, he didn’t have that pushy demeanor that salesman usually have. It’s like walking into a place and knowing they are there for you to help you but having the space and comfort of looking on your own. I’m so grateful I was referred there and I’d suggest anyone to take a look if you want a good deal and super easy buying process.
